Currently looking for Experienced Tech Support executive for Inbound tech support process.
Designation- TSA/ Sr. TSA
Experience: 1 to3 Years in international Tech support
Job responsibilities: Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues on computer,laptops and other peripheralslike printer router and apple devices etc.Candidates needs to understand the issues
of the customer and give a resolution to the problems and convince the customer to pay
to fix up the issues of the computer,laptops and other peripherals.

Candidates should ge graduate / undergraduate
Should have experience in international tech process as a call closer
Should be tech savvy and able to do troubleshooting according customer issue
