Overview

We are hiring Technical Support Representatives to handle a blend of residential and business customers with inbound phone interactions. This role will troubleshoot account issues while improving customer satisfaction and up selling when opportunities are presented. You should be ready to learn on the job, communicate effectively, and be highly reliable. Candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
Desired Profile:
• Listen to and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
• Professionally represent our partners as a brand ambassador
• Analyze and troubleshoot products and process when interacting with customers
• Appropriately escalate to next level of support when needed
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling
• Candidate’s age must be in between (18-32) years.
Educational Criteria:
Minimum 10+2 & above
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues. (100 % Inbound Voice Support, Process)
Candidate should be flexible to work in Night Shift

Salary: 3.00.000 per annum + Lucrative incentives + Bonus

Salary is credited on 1st of every month.
Fixed Salary .Negotiate up to 25 + Huge Incentives (Monthly/ Spot)
Apart from p tax there are no others deductions from the offered salary.
