Tech Support – calls Inbound sales process of technical support regarding printers, routers, mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Night shift – US Agent/Caller

profile:
• Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support (10 months-1 year)
• Must know how to close their calls.
• Must have good convincing and sales skills.
• Must be fluent in English Speaking .
