For a global leader in business and IT services we are looking for fluent English speakers to join their technical support team in Spain. In this role you will be dealing with technical queries from English speaking business customers via phone, email and live chat. Analysing, diagnosing and fixing hardware/software issues are part of your daily tasks and responsibilities. Taking ownership of incidents and first time resolution are important in this role.

Euro gross 16,600 p/a Plus relocation package

We are looking for candidates who have:

– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Italian and English

– Previous experience in a technical support role and/or degree in Computer Science

– Advanced technical support skills in a Microsoft Active Directory based environment

– Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Microsoft Lync Server.

– Excellent listening and troubleshooting skills

– Computer literate, experience with CRM/ticketing system desired

– Eagerness to learn and develop
