Salary on the 1st of every month/No Deduction in salary based on Targets/Incentives.
Designation: Sales Associates.
Summary of the Job:
1. The candidate should have minimum 1 year of on paper experience as a team leader/SME in any International BPO/Call Center.
2. The candidate should have excellent communication skill.
3. Should be a team player & a team manager.
4. Should have positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
5. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Responsibilities & Roles:
Candidates must be Good in English (communicative / convincing /confident )
Candidates must have the ability to handle inbound calls.
Candidates must have basic computer knowledge
Candidates must be flexible for any shift morning or night
Candidates must know how to close calls.
Candidates have to be Experience in tech support inbound or outbound 1 year max.
Salary credited on the 1st of the month
Incentives are starting from 8000 -10000 it can differ based on the sales made.
Salary offered between 13000 to 25000
No deduction on salary apart from P.TAX.
Rotational Shift morning or night
1 Fixed off every week.
