Lead the Talent Development plan to support the Talent Management strategy and business objectives
Work with the HR Business Partners to ensure the OPR process is utilized and followed across the business in order to identify key talent, understand individual and team development needs and ensure all development activities are linked to the succession planning process
Deliver and develop the end to end talent acquisition plan, ensuring the business is able to identify, attract and acquire key talent with the capability to create competitive advantage
Drive a direct sourcing model that provides a high touch candidate experience through the development of online, offline and further interactive sourcing channels
Ensure candidate attraction and engagement initiatives are aligned with the employer brand and culture
Ensure development and talent acquisition activities are measured for effectiveness in terms of ROI and/or return on expectation and associated metrics
Demonstrable experience working within a talent acquisition and talent development role ideally both client side and agency side
Proven success of working in partnership with HR business partners, leaders and managers to deliver innovative solutions to talent and business needs
Superb relationship and stakeholder management skills, strong people manager
Comfortable challenging at all levels and with ambiguity, high levels of resilience
Bachelor’s Degree required
You will be fluent in German and English and other European language skills would be advantageous
