Job role and responsibility:
Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues on computer,laptops and other peripherals
like printer router and apple devices etc.Candidates needs to understand the issues
of the customer and give a resolution to the problems and convince the customer to pay
to fix up the issues of the computer,laptops and other peripherals.
Candidate need to be fluent in English
Candidate need to be experience in Tech Support outbound or inbound.
Candidate need to know how to close their own calls.
Candidate need to be flexible.

Interview is held Monday to Saturday between 12 pm – 5 pm
call for further information from 10 am – 8.30 pm excluding sunday.
Interview is held between 12-5 pm Monday to Saturday.
