What are we looking for?
Careertrotter are currently on the hunt for a senior recruiter, one with a proven track record, who is known for smashing targets and are now looking for a challenge, and real career progression opportunities. We are basically looking for someone who has enjoyed the highs and lows of recruitment and now know what it is that works.
What will you do in this job?
As a senior recruiter it will be your job to actively take part in business development, sourcing new clients and your personal client database. You will help strengthen the team, whilst simultaneously helping us climb the recruitment ladder, you main role will be to help Careertrotter grow.
You will look after you own client accounts and ensure monthly targets are met. Don’t worry, you won’t be going in blind we have a strong training process, for the first month you will be brought through a very structured training process just to let you get used to sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our various databases, helping them through the entire process of finding and getting that job abroad. After that you will then be given monthly targets and here is where you get the chance to prove yourself, as well as that there is always opportunities to grow here, with supportive management and a great team behind you the sky’s the limit.

Who are we looking for?
Careertrotter is currently looking for a senior recruiter, someone with a proven track record, where you may have a network of clients as you will be required to work on business developments and having a network of your own may be extremely beneficial. You are quick to learn, enjoy working off your own initiative.
As a person you are curious, someone who enjoys finding the answer to the why questions in order to source the best candidates.
We are looking for a near native English speaker, someone who can easily understand both native and non-native English speakers as you will be working with them via phone and email. . A second language is a huge advantage especially if you speak, Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and other Nordic languages.
At Careertrotter, we are more interested in a good recruiter than someone who is ‘’good with people’’, it may sound harsh but hear us out. You could be great with people, but does that make you a good recruiter? If yes give us a call.
Ideally you have strong background in Sales and/or IT.
Where would you be working?
This recruiter job is based in Dublin City centre, so you will be working in the heart of Dublin. Here you are surrounded with all you can possibly think of, there is always something to do. Getting to work is made easier as you have Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann, the LUAS, the DART and the Dublin bike scheme.
Interview & Salary
The interview process is 3 simple steps, we first have a phone screening, that is then followed by 2 face to face interviews. In terms of your salary, that all depends on the level of skills and experience you bring to this senior recruiter role. What we should mention here is that there is no relocation package on this job, as we are in the middle of a growth spurt, so if you are truly interested in this senior recruiter position and you are living abroad, it will be you fronting the cost. So you can see why already living in Ireland is a big advantage for all involved.
