Our Client is a B2B Directory. They are looking for a Sales Manager to Lead their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 35+ people
Setting individual as well as group targets
Implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results
Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Analysing reports and drawing conclusions
Managing a small office team as well as an out of office team

Self Motivated & Driven
experience converting paper to digital would be a great asset
Excellent command of English, any additional languages, would be considered as an asset
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
Be organised and target orientated
Experience in a similar position would be considered as an asset
