troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support (10 months-1 year)

• Must know how to close their calls.

• Must have good convincing and sales skills.

• Must be fluent in English Speaking .
