Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests and prepare invoices
  • Answer guest emails, phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Perform various control procedures and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Perform other duties as required by Management

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and motivated individual who enjoys working with international guests
  • Organized, takes the initiative and can work independently
  • A team player with a positive attitude, confident
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Computer literate and willing to learn new programs
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Spanish and Italian are a plus
