Responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has arisin at Two Fifty Square for someone looking to work in a fast paced environment across 3 businesses.

We are recruiting a bookkeeper / administrator on a part time basis (Flexible) to join our growing business located in Dublin 6. You will be working within a fun, friendly and busy team, and will be eager to learn more about the business.

Bookkeeping

Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across all three businesses
Identifying and resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
Creditors, Debtors and Bank Reconciliation
Full cash and banking responsibility with weekly lodgements & reconciliations
Monthly management accounts & producing all financial reports
Ensuring that sales are recorded accurately adhering to strict month end deadline
Wages & Human Resources

Recording Employee Hours
Processing all weekly Wages & Salaries
Employee Contracts, Holidays Recording
Implementation of Company Employment Policy
Tax Compliance, Filing & CRO

VAT Return
PAYE Returns
Employee Registration
CRO Filing & Returns

Key Skills:

3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in QuickBooks and Thesaurus Payroll preferred but not essential
Good knowledge of Word & Excel and generating reports
Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Ability to achieve timely deadlines
Conscientious with a ‘can-do’ attitude
