Our client is seeking a Norwegian Players Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

Actively contribute in the marketing campaigns to suit players
Get to know the players to ensure that we can serve them in the best way possible
Communicating via chat, email and also social media and gaming forums
Translations will also be part of some day to day needs
Actively shape up our communication to our players in Norway
Collaborate closely with fellow team members to share knowledge and information
Share some time with our payments experts, and other teams within the company to ensure the best strategy is taken

Requirements

You are a person with loads of positive energy and great ideas
You have a passion for gaming, and maybe know something about casinos
You love being of help to others and assist them to have the best experience
Maybe you have worked in customer support and want to step up to a more challenging role
You are pro-active and want to get things done
When you have an idea you want to share it and you want to work on it
You want to learn and develop within the industry
You are native in Norwegian and fluent in English
