Job Summary
Norwegian speakers who have previous experience in a call centre job are welcome to apply as we are looking to fill a customer service & order management job here in Cork for a client of ours. This isn’t a high pressure busy customer service job so it would be ideal for those who prefer a quiet working environment. 
You will be working on a project within the health and beauty industry and can earn €21,000 gross per year.

What will you do in this job?
As a customer service & Order Management rep you will be dealing with end users who would have questions or problems with the likes of terms and conditions, payments and shipping of our client’s goods.  You will be processing all incoming phone calls and will be required to manage all requests, changes and cancellations. Strive to deliver a professional and friendly service to all customers as well as logging and tracking all issues that arise and report recurring problems in order to minimise repeat callers.
You will be dealing with a diverse customer base and be required to work with Norwegian and English speakers, so you can see that being near native in both is important.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is an Irish owned outsourcing company that provides customer service and technical support solutions to a number of countries worldwide. They are constantly growing, and thanks to that we can offer you a job as a customer service & order management rep once you speak Norwegian of course.
The project that they are looking for you to be a part of is for a new client of theirs operating in consumer products in the Health and Beauty industry.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to have a near native level of Norwegian and who also has a good level of English too, as you training and internal communications will all be in English. You will need to have previous call centre/customer service experience, if you have strong background in retail or hospitality we would also consider you for this job.
You are target driven, customer focused and are comfortable with talking to customers via phone, email and social media.

Interview & Salary
For this Norwegian Customer Service & Order Management role there will be a quick phone interview that will be followed by an online language test (Norwegian). Next you will sit an in depth interview with our clients HR manager through Skype.
If you are successful you can expect a yearly salary of €21,900 gross and great news, there is a relocation package on offer of €285 that comes along with your first monthly salary.
