As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

– Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)

– Giving advice and providing solutions

– Maintaining a good customer relationship

– Making sure that all issues are solved and documented

What you need:

– Native level of Dutch or Flemish

– Good level of English

– Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)

– Basic computer skills are required

– Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
