Process – Inbound Technical Support( Voice Process).
Job Role – Need to troubleshoot issues of the incoming calls of the clients regarding Windows, Mac Computers, Laptops or any other peripherals like printer, router, Apple devices like tabs, mobile phones or Apple Laptops.
Criteria:-
Experience in Tech Support is mandatory. One should know how to close his own calls.
Salary :- 12000 to 26000. (Salary negotiable) + Incentives + Fixed salary (no deduction).
6 days working + 1 rotational off.
Should be flexible. Rotational Shift ( Morning and Night both ).
