Overview

Reports to: Director of Brand Management

Purpose: The Marketing Communications Manager role will play a crucial part in growing Bulbrite’s brand equity. This role is a great fit for an up and coming marketing leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops and executes plans derived from overarching Bulbrite brand strategy-

Manage and drives end-to-end planning and successful execution of multi-channel marketing tactics including but not limited to digital, mobile, direct mail, and database marketing campaigns.
Translate brand strategy into effective communications spanning all media, including marketing collateral, sales tools, advertising, photography, and product packaging.
Work with the Brand Management team to ensure the flawless execution of creative marketing strategies specifically for brands/services targeting B2B affiliate partners.
Delivers clear, relevant, imaginative and effective marketing copy and content.
Assure that positioning and major brand messages are consistent and appropriately represented in all deliverables in conformance with Bulbrite’s guidelines.
Lead projects from concept to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and budgets.
Lead Corporate PR efforts –

Develop and maintain relationships with consumer and trade press and liaise as the brand representative with the press both independently and through our agencies.
Lead community relations through internal staff and external partners
Manage internal PR to ensure Bulbrite employees are aware of marketing and communication efforts
Manage all aspects of trade shows and other events including planning and executing effective events with measurable results and provide direction and strategies for future shows –

Analyze performance and competitor activity to develop actionable insights and recommendations-

Identify a clear link between marketing activities and sales/revenue.
Identifies, manages and executes requirements to improve online and social performance.
Owns and is responsible for the accuracy of the customer master database-

Manage an internal and external team to assure timely execution of quality deliverables-

Travel required-

Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field plus 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including background in B2B demand/programs, corporate and event programs and assets.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Ability to lead agency relationships and communicate brand objectives
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and statistical background

Experience with event planning and execution.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Exceptional aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles.
Demonstrated understanding of web design, video production, digital marketing and multi-media design.
