• Min 10 months experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.

• Must know how to close their own calls./take remote access

• Good communication skills.

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.

• Ability to handle customer’s issues and provide accurate resolution.

• Should be flexible working in night shifts.
