Inbound Tech Support

Responsibility:-

Handling US/UK customers and providing VOICE based technical support.

Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.

Must have knowledge about Windows, Mac, Antivirus, Printer troubleshooting

Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.

• Must have work experience in Tech Support (Sales process)

• Comfortable with Night Shift

• Call Closer
