Inbound voice process
Post- Tech Support executive
Shift- Morning/ Night
Working- 6 days/ one rotational off
French, Spanish, German language speaking candidates will be preferred
• Must have dialed in International Outbound/Inbound Tech process (8months-1year).
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers and laptops, router, printers, antivirus, mac, ios and close calls and take payments from the customers.
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
• Must know how to close their own calls
• Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives.
• 24 leaves in a year +comp offs + b’day leaves Daily/Monthly Incentives
• Spot Incentives + Monthly incentives.
