Your responsability includes everything from check-in and greeting, to the atmosphere in the lobby, the beverages served at the bar, the service delivered from our staff, the efficiency of check-out
You construct a properly atmosphere so that guests feel like they are seamlessly moving through the hotel, rather than just checking in and out.
You are responsable for the heartbeat of the Hotel.
You are up and on feet for most of the day, mingling and creating atmosphere in the Hotel while mantaining a smooth operation behind the scenes to ensure the business is in order.
All your drive and know-how produces a Hotel that is profitable.
Recruit and train the crew, as well as having the right tools needed to give the Sansi experience.
Ensure a profitable hotel operation according to defined goals and ambitions.
Be active and involved in the daily work of the crew.
Close cooperation with the sales team, to make sure business is coming in at the right price.
Be updated on the hotels forecast and be proactive in order to plan future operational actions.
Human resources, housekeeping, public relations, food and beverage responsability.Dealing with suppliers / vendors por purchase of products.
Continuous inspection of all departments.
Assesing and reviewing customer satisfaction.
Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient operations.
Be on available on call when out of duty to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
A touch of creativity and knowledge of the Hospitality industry needs.
Fluent in Spanish and English language
Min 2 years of hotel departamental experience
Have strong communication skills
