Job Description As a Customer Support Service team member you will work closely with a customer service team leader to ensure customer satisfaction. You will use your great communication skills to assist custom-ers in making correct use of our products, increase customer retention and advise customers should they have any related queries. Customer support will be provided via Live-Chat, E-mail and phone. Responsibilities • Cooperate with team leader, traders and support team, provide feedback if necessary • Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation in a polite and professional manner • Translate from English to Greek and vice versa Keep our clients informed about and interested in our online sportsbook, casino & virtual games products Required Skills • Fluent Greek and English language skills, both written and spoken • Experience in sports betting or casino customer service Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtimes if necessary • Good computer literacy, professional communication and fast typing skills Benefits • Working and living on the sunny island of Malta • Great team atmosphere with a couple of Greek speaking team members • Competitive salary
