Overview

As a Customer Support Service team member, you will use your great communication skills to assist customers in making correct use of a product. Via Live-Chat, E-mail and phone support you will help to increase customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Feedback to team leader, traders and support team.
• Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation
• Translating from English to Greek
• Keep informed and interested in our online sportsbook, casino & virtual games products

Required Skills:
• Excellent and Fluent Greek and English language skills
• Experience in sports betting or casino customer service
• Professional communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays (40 hours regular a week)
• Able to work overtime if necessary
• Good keyboards skills
