Responsibility:-
Handling US/UK customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
Must have knowledge about Windows, Mac, Antivirus, Printer troubleshooting
Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.

Must have work experience in Tech Support Sales process
Comfortable with Night Shift
