What will you do in this job?
As the Next German Support Analyst it will be your job to provide IT Support for certain products, work with the escalation team on trying to resolve customer’s issues in a timely manner. For particular issues where the solution is missing or hard to find, it will be your job to make sure that the information is passed on accordingly to other Support Analysts and the floor manager.

Who are we looking for?
For this Support Analyst job we are looking for you to have a near native level of German and a good level of English to go along with that. You will need to have previous experience in Customer Service and/or IT Support.  You know your way around HTML, Javascript, XML etc. You enjoy working with technology and helping those who find it more difficult to understand. You have excellent communication skills and a thirst for knowledge of the area of IT as it is ever changing and you want to stay up to date.

Interview & Salary
