In our steadily growing company we employ 150 employees worldwide – including about 70 in-house translators and proofreaders.

EVS Translations is currently looking for a new team member to support our Project Management team in Nottingham at the earliest possible date.

We offer a permanent full-time in-house position as

German speaking Project Manager

Your duties:
– Coordination and distribution of all translation projects across our internal and external translators and formatting experts
– Ensuring quality and timely delivery of translation orders – ranging from simple single-language orders to complex multilingual orders
– Close cooperation with our in-house DTP teams
– Contact person for the other EVS Translations offices in Germany, USA and Bulgaria as well as for clients and suppliers in the UK
– Administrative support

Your profile:
– Higher education background (e.g. vocational training, Bachelor degree in Business Administration)
– Previous working experience in project and account management within a B2B environment; ideally within the translation industry
– Excellent English and German language skills in speech and writing
– Good team player who copes well under pressure
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and order processing programmes
– Experience in CAT tools would be an advantage
– Administrative support
