You have previous experience in a call centre in Technical and Customer Service. You have experience in a management role working as a supervisor in the management of a tech support/ helpdesk centre.
We are looking for a German speaker who has a good working knowledge of Windows operating systems, support for laptops, desktop and printers and Microsoft Office. You are familiar with KPIs, SLAs and targets.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this German IT Support Manager Job has 3 stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical exam to test your skills.
Your salary being in Poland will be in Polish Zloty and you will be looking at receiving 6000 gross per month.
