What will you do in this job?
As said before, we are on the lookout for German speakers for this Customer service job, where you will handle new and existing holiday bookings whilst delivering A+ customer service. As well as that you will be expected to maintain the customer database and make the occasional customer follow up call. Possibly look for ways to improve or add to the service you and your fellow customer service agents are delivering and present them within team meetings.

Who are we looking for?
For this Cork based Customer Service job we are looking for a German speaker, with a good level of English too. We are looking for you to have excelling communication skills in both German and English.
You will need 1-2 years’ experience in customer service/ call centre or even in Sales. That you know your way around a number of the popular social media platforms and that you are target driven and you work well within time limits.

Interview & Salary
After you have clicked apply what’s going to happen is, a quick phone screening, and then language test. Then you will be looking at sitting an in-depth interview and lastly a screening by the manager of the customer service department.
If you are successful you will be looking at a salary of €21,900 (gross per annum) and with that there is the possibility of a language bonus (German) of up to €1000 a year and no weekend shifts, we like the sound of that what about you?
