What will you do in this Job?
As the German Customer Service job your main job will be to help customers with any queries or issues they may have with the service via phone, email, live chat and social media. You will record and follow all payment transactions and follow up on any refunds or outstanding charges. Lastly you will be responsible for the recording of recurring issues and sharing with the customer service team how you successfully resolved the issues.

For this German customer service job we are looking for someone who loves talking to others, someone who would enjoy helping others with their problems with our client’s services. You are customer focused and have excellent communication skills in German and English and of course speaking Dutch would be a plus for your application but it is not needed. You have a good grasp on social media and you also enjoy using it as the target audience our client is working with will be extremely active on social media.

Interview & Salary
The interview process includes 4 steps: 1- a skype interview with the HR manager. 2- Skype interview with 2 country managers. 3- A face to face interview along with a German language test and lastly 4- You will get the chance to see what it is like to work in Eindhoven and you will be asked to come in for a few hours to have a trial day.
For your salary you can expect to earn between €1600 – €2300 gross per month.
