Front Office Manager at the Design Hotels Project “La Granja, Ibiza” m/f

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage all room reservations
Yield rooms for maximum profit
Engage in sales activities that align with brand
Develop relationships with local concierge partners
Develop on-site concierge service
Explore new ways of improving guest experience
Maintain relationship between GM, maintenance and housekeeping for all rooms
Maintain relationships with external partners for photo shoots, buy-outs and large events
Operate the front office department, including staffing and scheduling
Develop procedures for front office department

Experience in front office and rooms at luxury hotels
Track record of leading teams
Service minded
Familiar with reservation technology
Team player, self motivated and organized
Fluent in Spanish and English
