If you like helping others and have no problem talking over the phone in both French and English then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a near native French speaker to join the customer service team here in Cork.
What will you do in this job?
On a day to day basis you will be dealing with incoming calls and email from customers with queries and problems, that you will be expected to handle in a professional and timely manner. Follow up calls from time to time to ensure excellent customer service will be your responsibility, doing so may help you in team meetings where you are encouraged to take part and where you may have suggestions for bettering the service. Participating in team is a big part of this French speaking customer service job, so it is important that you work well with others too.

For this customer service job we are looking for a near native French speaker with a good level of English, where you have excellent written and oral communication skills as you will be talking too customers over the phone and via email. You are a good listener with an eye for detail. You have good problem solving skills that will help you with customer problems.

Interview & Salary
After you have clicked apply what’s going to happen is, a quick phone screening, and then language test (French). You will be looking at sitting an in-depth interview and lastly a screening by the manager of the customer service department.
If you are successful you will be looking at a salary of €23,000 (gross per annum) and no weekend shifts, we like the sound of that what about you?
