Troubleshooting issues in computer software of customers computer
for Windows and Mac.
Responsibilities and Duties
Candidates needs to receive calls of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac
candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti virus,
pop up calls like error messages and other software issues.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Need to speak in English
Need to have basic computer knowledge
Need to close their own calls
Need to be flexible in shifts / process
Require only Exp candidates in terms of tech exp experience only
who has worked for outbound and inbound.
Must have exp in European calls
12 Pass/ Graduated
Salary is credited 1st of every month.
Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 25,000 depending on experience.
Leaves , comp offs and B’day Leaves are applicable.
No Stretching of any shifts you apply like morning or night.
Roster (1 fixed week off) and 6 days work
