On behalf of our client, a 5* international hotel, we are looking for an Executive Chef (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

As Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing several culinary outlets. Furthermore, you will handle all administrative requirements and organizations as well as all staff trainings and their development.

Requirements:

You currently hold the position of an Executive Sous Chef for at least 4 years or and Executive Chef position for 2 years
Experience in 5* international business hotel
Extensive knowledge in the buffet operation and banquet facilities
Creation of menus that satisfy both local as well as international guests
Very good leadership and communication skills, fluent in English
Previous work experience in the Middle East and Europe is a must
Hands-on in the operation
