The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create effective and measurable social media campaigns. They should be able to steadily build a brand and social media presence and constantly adapt their efforts to address new trends. This candidate should also be comfortable creating engaging content that will reach a targeted audience and maximize outcomes.


  • Responsible for acquisition and re-targeting campaigns setup, on-going optimization, and reporting
    Daily management and optimisation of paid campaigns across social media platforms
    Test and improve on existing techniques
    Analyse and optimize. Use all analytical tools to manage and improve campaign performance
    Investigate new audiences and test them on an ongoing basis depending on the brand being advertised
    Test Ads with new messaging, video content and landing pages to optimise key metrics like click-through-rate, cost-per-acquisition and profitability
    Budget management and revenue growth – analyse and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly level to ensure continued growth
    Set and meet stakeholder expectations, identify new opportunities and streamline processes
    Stay ahead of new ad products and technology advancements, understand how to harness them to deliver on business goals and impact media plans
    At least 2 years and proven track record of setting up and managing paid advertising and promotion opportunities across social media networks especially Facebook & Instagram
    Build, maintain, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn with the goal of acquiring customers.
    Testing and optimization of results for social performance using on-site metrics such as CPA and ROI to establish performance, in addition to Power Editor,  Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other analytical tools to help you achieve your goals.
    Collaborating with brand/design to produce and identify best performing creative for campaigns
    Understanding customer value and utilizing strategies to drive quality traffic to the websites/landing pages/messenger


  • Understanding of fundamental media metrics and calculations
    You’re a data-driven performance marketer, not a social community manager.
    High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
    You’ve managed campaigns in multiple languages / markets
    You’ve managed Facebook accounts with at least €10,000 ad spend a month with a strong focus on customer acquisition.
    Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
    Think creatively, initiate projects, identify and resolve problems
    Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
    Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
    Excellent command of English
