What will you do in this German speaking Job?
As part of the Dutch and German IT Support team it will be your job to build and maintain customer relationships, to help all B2B customers with the online usage and to help solve website related issues when needed. When necessary you will need to escalate problems in a timely fashion and aim to have the best possible service in order to help build long lasting relationships with customers.

Who are we looking for?
For this Dutch + German IT Support job we are looking for you to have an excellent level of Dutch and German. As you will be working with customers who speak those languages. Ideally you have some previous customer service/ IT Support experience. You have excellent communication skills and you know your way around Microsoft Office. Having some technical experience would be a plus for this job as you will be helping clients with using our client’s online services.

Interview & Salary
For this IT Support Job you will site 2 interviews – your first will be a phone interview with 2 of your possible team members and the HR manager. If you are successful you will then be invited to an introduction day, which is where you will go to the office (on your own expense) for the day and get a feel for what could be your new IT Support job.
