What will you do in this job?
As the Dutch & German speaking Customer Service Administrator you will be working as part of a young and progressive team where you will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers of our client. You will be looking after the maintenance of the customer database, order and delivery management, the processing of complaints and other similar issues, whilst striving to deliver a great customer service to all.

Our client is the leader in their industry, providing data centre related solutions as well as IT Support to many large and medium sized companies around the world. They are currently based in several locations around Germany and are now they are looking for a Dutch speaker with excellent German and English to join them in their Frankfurt office as their next customer service administrator.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a fluent Dutch speaker who has an excellent level of German and a good level of English to be our clients next Customer Service Administrator. In order to be successful in applying for this job we are looking for someone who has some previous experience in Customer Service and/or Administration in a target driven work environment. You would be able and willing to work in rotational shifts from Monday-Sunday with the odd night shift in there too. You work well under pressure and are target driven.
Where would you be working?
Frankfurt à the largest city in the German state of Hesse and the fifth largest city in Germany. As Frankfurt is in a prime location within Germany and Europe is it a major air, rail and highway transport hub. Lastly this beautiful city is full of a number of Museums, Gardens and skyscrapers, so there is plenty for you to explore.
Interview & Salary
First there will be a phone screening that is followed by a face-to-face interview in Germany or perhaps the Netherlands.
For this customer service administrator job you can expect to earn between €30,000 – €34,000 gross per annum depending on the experience you bring to the job, with this you can also receive up to 10% annual bonus and a private pensions scheme. A relocation package will be discussed during the application process.
