For this truly multilingual language job we are looking for someone who speaks both Dutch and German and has a good knowledge of English. You will become the next Customer Service Administrator based in Frankfurt, Germany.
What will you do in this job?
In this Dutch customer service job in Frankfurt you will be a first point of contact for clients and suppliers and your responsibilities will be along the lines of:
– Order management;
– Maintaining of customers’ database;
– Processing of complaints and other similar issues;
– Delivery management;
– Providing first class customer service and making sure that all issues are resolved, customers are followed up and satisfied with your service.
Please note this language job requires you to work in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Who are we looking for?
For this Dutch + German speaking job, we are obviously looking for a near native German speaker with excellent Dutch knowledge. We are looking for someone with vocational education in MBO or similar training.
That you have previous customer service experience and/or admin experience in a target driven environment. As well as having good Dutch and German language skills, we are also looking for you to have a good level of English too. It is important to let us know if you are ok with working in rotational shifts throughout the 7 day week.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is quite simple, you will first go through a phone screening and then sit a face to face interview, not too bad at all. For your salary you can expect between €30,000 – €34,000 (Gross per Annum), with benefits for those who work night shifts. You will also receive a private pension scheme.
