What will you do in this Recruitment Job?
As the next Dutch + German In- House Recruiter you will get the chance to be a part of the entire recruitment process. You will be responsible for the sourcing, screening and managing of candidates. You will monitor each candidate through the application process whilst working closely with the HR Department. As well as that you will be responsible for the organising of phone and face to face interviews, the preparation of contracts and communication between departments and candidates.

Who are we looking for?
To join the recruitment team in Cologne we are looking for you to have a near native level in both Dutch and English, as well as a very good level of German too. You will need top class communication skills in all 3 languages. You will also need to have a college or unveritydegree in HR, personnel Management or Recruitment and if you have previous experience in this area that's great. Even if all you have is internships under your belt – we would still love to talk.
Where would you be working?
Cologne is where this Dutch + German Recruiter job is based – Germany’s 4th largest city with the Rhine river flowing right through it – something to go to for a mini escape. Not forgetting the city’s most famous cathedral – the Kölner Dom. Then of course you have the Karneval that starts November 11th and this is where all of cologne make it out onto the street for a huge celebration for just the day then for another week in February – sounds good to us. Interview & Salary:
For this Dutch speaking recruiter job you will be expected to sit 2 straightforward interviews. 1 will be a phone and the other will be a face to face interview, what's great is that our client will reimburse you for the cost of travelling for the face to face interview so there is no need to worry there. In terms of a relocation package it is negotiable, but we can talk more about that over the phone.
Last but certainly not least, for this Recruiter job you can expect to earn €35,000 gross per annum.
