What will you do in this job?
Your main responsibilities will be to look after he daily collections from debtors and the monitoring of any troublesome loans, if so then you will be required to intervene with a plan of action in terms of making those collections. You will be working mainly via phone and email with the aim of creating a good borrower experience. Last but not least, you will be working in both a team and on your own where you will actively work on trying to improve the overall collections process.

Who are we looking for?

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Dutch Collections Specialist job is fairly simple: first there will be a 30 min Skype interview followed by 2 face to face interviews – 1 with the team manager and the other with a fellow collections specialist. Of course if you live outside of Germany our client is flexible and is willing to make all the interviews via Skype so you don't have to worry about flights etc.
In terms of salary you can expect to earn between €30,000 – €35,000 gross per annum depending on the level of skills and experience you can bring to the job.
