Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Review all lease data before entry into the database. Ensure all data is accurately and quickly entered. Review all documents that come in for accuracy. Update and correct any and all inaccuracies in the database. Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing the variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.
The Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

You will Undergo one to two weeks training from the company training supervisor. He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and Working office equipment required by the company. You can choose to work for the company as a full or part-time employee. This means you will work directly for the company abiding by the rules and regulations, follow the company privacy and code of conduct. The company uses Pre-employment verification System. This is strictly an online work from home which requires you to work from anywhere of your choice as long as you are able to complete your task before the deadline.
The working hours for this position is flexible. You will be required to set your time schedule yourself as long as you are able to meet the deadline of 30-40 hours weekly as a full or part-time employee or 20-25 hours weekly as a part-time employee. A time tracker will be used to calculate or measure the hours you spent working for the company. During the two weeks training, you will earn $20 hourly and $25 hourly once you have completed the training process
You will be receiving company EP-HS_Overview handbook which is the company Human Resource Handbook and will be containing all information regarding the company Vacation, benefits package, and other related issues. It will be shipped to you along with your W-2 and 1-9 forms(Employment Eligibility Form) before the end of your 1-week training session
