Our client is an international company providing a full range of administration solutions in the international Life, Pension and Investment sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a Client Service Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Processing documents effectively and in a timely manner as dictated by Service Level Agreements and internal requirements
Ensure that the process or documentation is compliant with applicable rules, policies, or other requirements
Verify that all information received is in good order by performing required quality control checks
Be responsible for filling and data inputting as required by external customers
Prepare reports as required
Assist co-workers during peak volumes and on special projects
Complete any other responsibilities, as assigned


Have 1-year experience in a similar post
Have an A ‘level standard
Works well in a team environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Be willing to work on shift basis, from 07.00 to 23.00, including Public Holidays

The remuneration package consists of a market rate salary, shift allowance, extra vacation leave and other benefits.
