Our client, an innovative gaming company based in Malta, is looking for a CRM Campaign Coordinator to join their growing team. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns towards new and existing customers Optimise communication send-outs (e-mail, SMS) Manage split testing of communication send-outs and feeding findings back to the never-ending learning loop Implemente multichannel, segment lifecycle campaigns, with a strong focus on the customer acquisition, retention and reactivation journeys Handle of lists and filters, ensuring correct targeting Launch and testing promotional communications and landing pages Analyse and evaluating on campaign performance and sharing learnings with the team Monitor and checking websites, ensuring all content is correctly displaying and up-to-date at all times Requirements +2 years experience of campaign coordination, preferably within iGaming Higher education/academic degree Strong knowledge of Excel Analytical. Honestly, you must enjoy analysing data Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills Meticulously organized, effective communicator with a can-do attitude and an aptitude for multi-tasking
