Designation – Customer Care Executive for Inbound Tech Sales Process

JOB PROFILE
Attending inbound calls of the customer related to issue on Windows / Mac devices.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing the technical issues.(handle the call from start to end)

Criteria
1) Should have Good Communication Skills in English. Must be Fluent.
2) Should have prior experience in Tech Support. Should have knowledge in Closing Calls. (Must be a Closure).
3) Must be experience in European calls.
4) Must be flexible (Rotational shift) & Rotational off (Seven days working any one day off)
5) Age Criteria – 18 years to 33 years
6) Education Qualification – Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply. (Minimum 12 pass)
