Overview

Our client, a casino industry veteran, is looking for a Casino Manager to kick off a new adventure in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

Report on casino performance on a regular basis
Communicate with key departments regarding new products etc
Use an analytical mindset to problem solve issues that may arise
Ensure customer satisfaction and the improvement thereof
Attend conferences and events that may take place throughout the year
Work with the UX and analytics team to optimize and increase performance where necessary
Interact with current and potential new clients to cement relationships
Allocate and delegate the relative tasks the right people in the team of employees

Requirements

Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar job role
Display extensive knowledge of the casino products you work with
Have excellent communication skills
A vast knowledge of online casino
Knowledge of other languages including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German will be a plus
