Adeeba e-services is looking for experienced candidates in International Inbound Tech Support process.
Eligibility criteria are minimum 10 months-1 year of working experience in International Outbound/ Inbound Tech Support Process and must be flexible in Night Shifts.
Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
• Must know how to close their own calls / can take remote access.
• Must be fluent in English
• Candidates must be able to join immediately.
• Salary: (fixed) + Huge Incentive.
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 6 days / one rotational off
