Job specification:

Handling of all overall passage department related internal and external questions and queries (customer service)
Handling questions and queries within TT-Line’s frequent traveller program Bonus Card
Complaint handling
General assistance to the sales & marketing team
Assistance in organization and participation in trade fairs and events
Database handling
Handling of invoices
Creation of statistics and market analysis
Proofreading/texting (ads, mailings, print material, digital, media plan etc.)
Expected skills:
Compulsory language skills: fluent in writing, speaking and reading in Swedish & German, good in English
Very well structured and organized personality
Knowledge of Swedish and German market in terms of mentality and service expectation of customers
Happy to work cross border in a dynamic and motivated team (German & Swedish sales & marketing team)
Experience in customer/business correspondence
Knowledge of office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in working with CRM tools appreciated but not essential
