The International School of Management (ISM) is currently seeking an Admissions Officer to manage all of the day to day tasks related to the school’s admissions department, with a start date in January / February. ISM is an international business school with main offices in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. ISM offers Master’s and Doctoral level programs to executives located all over the world.

Job description

Initial point of contact for all applicants- answer questions, provide resources and support.
Manage admissions process- verify application materials, coordinate interviews, make recommendations for admissions, and monitor the first stages of enrollment.
Record daily and monthly data
Develop and regularly update ISM’s website content, social media platforms, and online profiles related to admissions details and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

Native English speaker
Proof of legal ability to work in France on a long term basis- ISM does not sponsor visas
Bachelor’s degree- Master’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or in higher education.
Available ASAP, no later than January/February
Outgoing and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills: Superb phone manner and writing ability.
High level of competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs/calendars, Skype, and ability to use basic databases and CRM systems.
High degree of multicultural sensitivity
Demonstrated sales experience- ability to adhere to deadlines and meet goals
Understanding of the higher education system
Ability to work both independently and under close supervision
Meticulous attention to detail with a high standard for work products
