Our client, a local leader in retail, is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all facets of accounting
Carrying out day to day accounting activities including assisting in the preparation of management accounts and timely and accurate reporting to the board of directors

Requirements

Have an advanced level standard of education in Accounting
Candidates having started the process of obtaining a relevant professional qualification will be given preference
Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail sector
Be able to handle demanding tasks simultaneously and be capable of delivering high-quality work
Be proficient in the use of computer applications, in particular, financial and spreadsheet software
