For the expansion of our Spanish office team in Barcelona we are looking for an Accountant. Your tasks:
Accounting via MS Navision
Preparation of monthly VAT tax declarations
Preparation of monthly reports in US-GAAP
Processing of internal purchase of spare parts from our companies in USA and Germany
Stock management and organization of shipment
Preparation of cost estimates and monitoring of service orders
Scheduling and booking of Business trips for our office team members
Processing of internal and external correspondence
Processing of general administrative and office tasks
In addition to a diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar qualification, you have a minimum of two years experience in processing accounting and administrative tasks.
You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills in Spanish and English language. You have excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and take pride in producing accurate and timely results. Basic knowledge in MS Navision would be advantageous.
