What will you do in this job?
As the Account Receivables Manager you will be in charge of running a small team of 10 multilingual speakers and whilst doing so you will also be responsible for the process of all financial affairs in relation to accounting and receivables/collections from customers. You will be booking and assigning income payments, keeping an eye out to monitor such payments behaviour of clients all with the aim to minimise financial risk. Lastly it will be you job to create and analyse all in and outgoing data before it is reported to stakeholders, as well as setting credit limits and coaching various country Account Receivables specialists.

Who are we looking for?
For this Account Receivables Manager we are looking for you to have an excellent level of English and if you also speak German or another European Language it’s a plus but not mandatory. You have a 3rd level degree preferably in the financial sector. You will need to have managed multilingual teams on a Pan European level in a shared service centre before (having at least 5 years’ experience). You are a team player who can keep focus and you have good computer skills.

Interview & Salary
For this Account Receivables Manager job the interview will begin with online tests which will be followed by an interview with the hiring manager. If successful you will then be asked to take an online management test and will finish off with an interview with the hiring manager and the senior manager of the department.
